Gallo’ farm has its origin in a valley of the South Eastern Sicily, in the countryside of Castelluccio, (Noto), just near the well-known “Borgo di Castelluccio”. In this area of the district of Syracuse, on the hills of the Iblei’s mountain range plateau, between Modica, Ragusa, Noto and Palazzolo, (cities inscribed into Unesco’s World Heritage list), our farm has been cultivating olive, almond, carob and orange trees with competence and passion, drawing from the ancient rural traditions, still unspoiled.

The countryside, bathed in sunshine and mitigated by gentle breezes for the most part of the year, takes to ripeness excellent products, such as the extra virgin olive oil “Conca del Gallo d’oro”and the tasty almonds.
